Venue
Solihull
Solihull is a market town located at the heart of England, southwest of Birmingham and west of Coventry. The town has plenty of historic architecture, including timber framed Tudor style houses and shops, and St Alphege Church founded in 1220.
The West Midlands Bridge Club is located at less than 10 minutes’ walk from the pedestrian area with pubs and the usual fast food in town centre, where you will also find Touchwood Shopping Centre with more than 20 bars & restaurants.
If you fancy a stroll in the park to concentrate in your strategy before or after play, or just to relax and practice some yoga, Malvern and Brueton Park are perfectly located in town centre. Malvern Park’s entrance is 2 minutes’ walk from the Bridge Club.
Solihull is also home to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and Resorts World. If you didn’t get that Yakuman that seemed so promising, you can always hit the casino and try better luck after the play!
You can also discover the Land Rover Experience, either testing your off-road driving skills or just visiting the state-of-the-art production facility in a guided tour
